To fill with ink:
Dip the nib in an inkwell and cover it entirely in ink.
Turn the [black] converter screw counter-clockwise to push out air.
Turn the screw clockwise to pull in the ink. Repeat a few times, if necessary, to rid the inkwell and/or nib of any air.
Wipe the nib of ink. Let is lay on the wipe for a few moments to ensure any excess ink is soaked from the nib.
